About

Passion. Experience. Servitude.

Doing it Best Since 1945

In 1945, Harold Hall sold his famed restaurant on Flagler called "The Hut", and decided it was time to invest in a passion of his, quality craftsmanship and hardware.  Harold opened Hall Hardware on December 7th, 1945, and the Hall name has perpetuated excellence and quality ever since.  After returning from service in the U.S. Navy during WWII, Dick Hall began working at Hall Hardware and soon thereafter grabbed the reigns from Harold.  Dick then brought Dave Cosner, his brother-in-law onboard in the 1950's to assist in the business.  As the years went by, family members were added to the list of employees, including Mark Leber, who started as a sales associate in '73, and was married to Dick Hall's daughter.  In the early 1990's, Hall Hardware exchanged hands again with Dave and Mark now in control, yet kept the business a family operation.  Dave Retired later in the '90s, and left the store to Mark, who had the store for many years to come.  Jen and Thomas (TJ) White purchased Hall Hardware from their friend Mark in September of 2015 and continues to be family owned and operated.  Throughout the years, a few things have been constant, family values, quality, and servitude, all of which you will still find at Hall Hardware Palm Beach.
